The bright-spark who had the idea and mum of two, Hannah & Jack. Being an experienced food scientist who worked at M&S for over 11 years, she understands the importance of raw material quality, processing, legal things and especially how to make it safe and taste great. Sally is a bit of a foodie too, she loves experimenting with new recipes and ingredients. She’s incredibly passionate about getting great tasting food into babies and kids. She started a mini revolution – and wants every mum to know that there is a real alternative. You don’t have to spend hours cooking up batches of food for your baby or resort to a sterilized meal,. we’ve done the hard work - just the way you would - with care and love. So you can relax... enjoy being a parent.

And since Sally is a expert food scientist and qualified nutritionist, she makes sure our food is spot on and that we know all about the ingredients we use. We insist on knowing everything about our meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. All our food is made in accordance of the very strict EU rules governing food for babies and kids. We have it regularly tested in independent laboratories, nothing gets past Sally and that's how we like it - she is a tough but fair lady!

Daddy to Connor who is an energetic young school boy who loves all sports, especially cricket and rugby.  Neil is in charge of selling our delicious food, he works very closely with our supermarket partners; he is the one working hard to get all our frozen meals and snacks into as many baby aisles as possible. Neil used to work in large companies, but loves the speed a small company can move at to do new things - great fun.

Tony whizzes about the country checking all is OK in shop land. He talks to loads of mums in stores, have you ever seen him? He make’s sure everything is in it's right place, at the right time. He makes sure the products are delivered to the supermarket depots and store shelves, he liaises with the transport team and the sites making our yummy food to make sure we have great food freshly produced when you want to buy it. Tony has 3 grown up children and is grandad to 4!

She is one in a million... has the sharpest eye known to man-kind. As our resident creative you’ll see lots of her graphic work on freezers, ads in newspapers and magazines and generally out and about making things look nice. Tamsin has 3 teenage boys, Miles, Harvey and Eddie and is busy ferrying them all over the place when not designing a new leaflet.

Our brilliant Anthea keeps a close eye on all our pennies. She originally comes from New Zealand but has settled in the UK and has 2 teenage boys. Anthea makes sure everyone is paid on time and gives us a cake fund to use every week - we do enjoy a bit of lemon drizzle!

Nicole is our office 'doer'! She's into everything; if you want a money off coupon, an advert placing in a magazine or samples sending somewhere, she's the girl. Nicole keeps everything ticking along - if you call the office it is probably Nicole you will speak to first. She does not have children yet, but is learning all about the joys of being a parent - hope we have not put her off with all our stories!
