Why frozen?
Quickly freezing meals soon after they have been carefully cooked keeps them tasting fantastically fresh and locks in 100% of the goodness. It’s nature’s way of preserving food.
Once frozen, they don’t gradually deteriorate in quality over time between us cooking them and you eating them (like chilled meals do).
All food sold on shelves in tins, jars, pots or pouches need to be boiled upto 121° after being cooked once to make them safe to eat.
Think of peas; frozen and canned peas taste very different - why? because of the processing they receive - baby food is just the same.
We don’t need additives, salt, preservatives or flavourings to make our food taste great – we just use good quality ingredients, add herbs and spices and then freeze - simple; just like you do a home.
